March Madness is the most entertaining time of the year when it comes to college basketball. The top teams from colleges across the United States are placed in tournament brackets, battling it out to ultimately claim their spot as the best team in the NCAA. For the 2009 March Madness, Nike created some special edition Hyperdunks for a few of the participating teams: Duke, Memphis, Michigan State, Connecticut, Oklahoma State and Gonzaga. Each team worked closely with Nike iD in the design process of the sneakers, having full control over customizing their own team basketball shoe.
