The latest source of inspiration for this Nike Hyperize comes from the 1992 film White Men Can’t Jump, which  starred Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes as basketball hustlers. This new model features a very unique design as well as key details that draw a strong connection to Wesley Snipes’s character from the film, Sidney Deane.

The “Jimi” Nike Hyperize features a black safari print upper with white & red zig zag lines along the sides, orange & black accents around the midsole, and a laser blue sole. In addition, the tongue can be flipped up like the hats that Sidney wore in the film and the right insole is tagged with a quote taken from the movie,  “You can listen to Jimi, but you can’t hear him”.
