The House of Hoops over the week released some exclusive shoes that were only available at their store in New York. Within those exclusive releases included this Nike Huarache PE which pays homage to West 4th in New York. West 4th, as known as “The Cage”, was where basketball games became wars and where professional players were to catch a good game. The shoes feature a wonderful design that breathes the essence of West 4th with it’s grey, blue, and orange colorway. From the toe to the sides of the heel theres an all grey base with dark grey specks, appearing to represent West 4th’s court, and the sides of the heel has a gated design on a blue background, representing the “The Cage” itself.
