Spiderman 3 was a big box office success last summer and currently ranks as the second highest-grossing superhero film of all-time (right behind “The Dark Knight”). Being the third film of the Spiderman film franchise, it placed Spiderman (Peter Parker) against not only Venom (Brock), Green Goblin 2 (Norman Osborn) and the Sandman (Flint), but himself as well due to an alien symbiote.
In emmanueLabor’s latest custom sneaker design, he took the opportunity to create this “Flint Marko / Sandman” Nike Dunk High, a sneaker concept that’s been in the making long before the Spiderman 3 trailers even began to leak on Youtube. The sneaker displays grey suede around the lacing/toe area with alternating green stripes / brown canvas around the back heel, which represents the Sandman’s clothing. In addition, the custom features a sand-like texture that covers the tongue, Nike swoosh, and the see-thru side panels, plus green stitching that outlines the entire upper. Spiderman fans and sneaker connoisseurs alike should really appreciate the time, effort, and skill that went into such a creative custom design.
