Back in 1936 the “Newark Eagles” were created and won the Negro World Series Baseball in 1946. This colorway of the Air Max Light is dedicated to that team, inspiring the White/Carrot/Varsity Royal-Black colourway and featuring their original logo on the heel and print on the insole.
