The Nike 6.0 designers recently collaborated with the  heavy metal band”3 Inches Of Blood” for their latest Oncore High. The band chose to use aged leather and metallic materials to implement a very dark  theme based on the bands name. As a result, there’s various shades of red throughout the upper as well as different textures such as smooth leather, suede, and patent leather. There’s even a splattered blood pattern on the midsole , a bloody red tongue, and the words “3 Inches of Blood” stitching on the heel.

The “3 Inches of Blood” Nike 6.0 Oncore High is slated to release at select Nike retailers as a quickstrike release on May 1st, 2009.  Only 200 pairs will be made.
