The Japanese visual artist Toshihiro Egawa, famous for his Gothic inspired computer graphics, customized a series of Vans as part of his current exhibition. The Tokyo exhibition titled “Dia del Los Muertos” showcases 5 artists along with Egawa with a Death Metal theme. Just in time for the summer Van will be releasing a new line of sneakers. There will be several Era Crocodile models release, including a wide range of colors, including: blue, yellow, red, espresso, green and black. The new line of sneakers will feature embossed crocodile skin along the sides, hence the name Era Crocs. The Vans will cost about $50 and will be released into the Fall Season.
