Supra Skytop II (2) Sample [Red Leather]

The official unveiling of the Supra Skytop II (2) at the Agenda Tradeshow is now less than a month away (July 22-23). Supra fans already have high expectations set for this new chapter of the Supra Footwear franchise, with constant discussions concerning the shoe’s design sparking up with each passing week. Now, thanks to Supratalk, they have detailed sample pictures of the Skytop 2 to satisfy their growing excitement.

This Supra Skytop 2 Sample is covered in 100% bright red leather, featuring similar detailing (horizontal lines) of the Skytop 1, the narrow structure of the the TK Society, and a tongue inspired by the Air Jordan VI (6).  Unlike the Skytop 1, this sample has a solid white vulcanized sole and some interesting red leather laces.

At first glance, these supra shoes aren’t that appealing to the eye and several others have already begun to express this idea. Hopefully, since this model is said to be a early sample design, there’s still hope that the final product will look like something every supra follower can be proud of. But, for now, we’re left with these rather sub-par samples.

Zumiez x Supra Vaider [Black / Grey / Denim]

Back in February, the two shoe giants, Zumiez and Supra Footwear, collaborated on the “Silver/Purple Crackle” Supra Skytop. The two companies are coming together once again to deliver another exclusive release, this time, in the form of the Supra Vaider.

The Zumiez x Supra Vaider features a two-tone denim upper. Most of the shoe is covered with black denim while contrasting grey denim covers the side panels and heel. A nice twist of purple leather traces along the tongue, heel, and sides. The kicks also come with the a white vulcanized midsole and a pair of  waxed black laces.

The Zumiez x Supra Vaider is now available at Zumiez stores nation wide and their online store.

Supra Footwear Fall 2009 Collection | Preview

We already gave you a preview of the Supra Footwear Fall 2009 Collection a few weeks ago, when we posted the Supra Skytop Fall 2009 Releases. Now, in this post, there’s more pictures of the Skytop and new pictures of the Vaider Hi, TK Society, and the upcoming Thunder.

As you can see, there’s going to be a 100% “Red Perforated” TK Society that’s already set to release in June 2009.  There’s two Skytops that we already covered, the multi-colored “GBR” Skytop and the “Militant Green” TuF Skytop, which has a olive green base  an orange rubber sole. Next, there’s three new colorways for the Vaider Hi, the “GBR” Vaider, “Charcoal/Green” Vaider, and the patent leather “Midnight Blue” Vadier. Also, there’s two colorways of the new Jim Greco Pro Model, the Thunder. The Supra Thunder appears in an all-suede design of Black and Royal Blue. Finishing off the batch of kicks is a “Purple/Gold” Cuban.

Supra Vaider Hi (GBR) [Green Croc / Black / Red]

Supra Footwear is releasing this Vaider Hi along side the “GBR” Supra Skytop in the exact same design.

Like the Skytop version, this Vaider has a sea monster theme with a green, black, and red color scheme. The shoe is predominately covered with green croc material with black patent leather on the toe area, lacing area, down the sides. Red leather piping trails around the tongue and along the sides, while gold accents surround the ankle. The midsole is white as usual with two stripes of red.

The “GBR” Vaider High is set to release July 2009 at most Supra retailers.

Supra Skytop (GBR) [Green Croc / Black / Red]

Releasing during Fall 2009 is this off the wall Supra Sktytop that has a sea monster inspired design.  Continuing their use of crocodile-like material from previous styles, Supra uses some green reptile-esque textures on the side panels, as well as a clean black patent leather base, red patent leather toward the back, and gold accents around the ankle. There’s also going to be a Vaider High version which we’ll post later, so stay tuned!

The “GBR” Supra Skytop is scheduled to release at Supra retailers sometime during Fall 2009 (July 2009).

Supra Skytop [Dark Green Patent] | Fall 2009

Supra Footwear has a small circle of celebrities that get first dibs on all their future releases.  People like Ronson Samantha, Ben Baller, and Pete Wentz are among the top tier of  the Supra elites. The latest celeb to enter this small circle is Lil’ Wayne. Over the past few month he’s been seen wearing several pairs of Supra shoes from Skytops to Vaiders and even the upcoming TK Society. In his latest music video, Prom Queen, Wayne was spotted wearing another unreleased model, the “Dark Green” Supra Skytop.

The “Dark Green” Supra Skytop features a mixture of  patent leather and perforated leather with yellow accents on the top eyelets and inner lining. Keeping the shoe simple is a white rubber sole with hints of green and a pair of waxed green laces.
