One must applaud Diddy’s business sense. Not only has his “Making the Band” show given him millions in producer and owner fees from MTV, but more important, the show allows Diddy to market whatever the heck he wants to millions of viewers for free. For example, his Sean John shirt shown here is a reference to the phrase he made in this season’s “Making the Band.” Now this shirt will be sold at places like Dr Jays. Genius. Fabolous has recently revamped his Rich Yung Society clothing line website in an attempt to revive the brand’s name before his new album release this year and reinforce the company mission statement of “clothing for the rich and the young” (henceforth Rich Yung). Anyways make sure to check out the revamped site here which of course is also where you can still buy the infamous $1000 Rich Yung diamond Yankees hat.

This morning we presented you a line-up of goods that were made for the Snoopy Exhibition at Loveless in Japan. It turns out that they also got together with several brands to collaborate on t-shirts for the occasion. Participating brands included Roc Star, Enhance Element, Sasquachfabrix and also Kiks TYO. For now we can only show you the Kiks TYO tee, so keep an eye out for the others.

In the 70’s, Warrior basketball sneakers were a much sought after status symbol in China. After they became no longer objects of desire. Now a young Chinese-born graphic design student of Helsinki decided first to photograph those who, in China, still wear them (elder and poor villagers doing physical labour) and then to gather all pictures and publish them in a book, released in limited edition.

The book will be sold in a special packaging along with a pair of original Warrior sneakers. Shumeng Ye tries to redefine the idea of the label “Made in China”.
