Nike SB Dunk Winter 2009 Releases

All though we’re barely two weeks into March, the Nike SB Dunk Winter 2009 Releases have already leaked online. Nike SB will be serving up an assortment of new kicks, two Dunk Lows, two Dunk Mids and two Dunk Highs (one being a collaboration with Skate Mental).

A Halloween inspired Dunk Low Premium SB comprised of Green/Orange/Yellow leather, and a “Varsity Blue/Black/White” Dunk High Premium SB will release during October 2009. Then, a Brown Suede Dunk Mid Pro SB and a “Red/White/Blue” Dunk High Premium SB during November. Finally, in December 2009 there will be a “Obsidian/Charcoal Dunk Low Premium SB as well as a Skate Mental x Dunk High Premium SB which features a hazel nut and light blue design.

Nike Dunk Low & High Summer 2009 Releases

Nike has some nice surprises in store this year with a plethora of brand spanking new Nike Dunks scheduled to drop this Summer. The releases will consist of 4 Dunk Lows and 5 Dunk Highs.

The Dunk Low models include a white/red colorway that showcases a woven pattern on the side panels and a white/bone colorway that features suede, smooth leather, and a gum sole. There’s also a brown/orange/khaki & grey/yellow/navy colorway which both incorporates suede, patent leather, and a sick cherry pattern on the inner lining.

The Dunk High models include a white/black and a white/carolina blue colorway that also features some weave pattern on the side panels , as well as a white/bone version that features the same woven materiel on the side panels & the toe box as well. Finishing off the Dunk Highs is a black/pink model decked out in 100% nylon, and a pink/black pair that uses a mixture of both smooth leather and patent leather on its upper.

All 9 of these Nike Dunks are expected to drop sometime during Summer 2009. So, make sure you check your local Nike retailer in the coming weeks/months for their availability.

Nike SB Dunk Low Premium | White / Bone

This predominantly white leather SB Dunk Low is the latest Nike SB to surface online. The sneaker has a rather simple design that yields white perforated leather on the side panels, sections of bone suede on the frontal panels, Nike Swoosh, lacing area, and heel, as well as a small piece of black material on the tongue tags and the heel tab. A pair of both black & white laces are included and the addition of a fresh gum sole finishs the kicks off nicely. The “White / Bone” Nike SB Dunk Low Premium is expected to hit stores sometime in June 2009.

Nike “D(EYE)NO-mite” Dunk High Customs

Have you ever heard of that expression, “Up, Close & Personal ?”…. well recently, Yoakustoms had that phrase stuck in the back of his mind while making his last custom design, which goes by the name “D(EYE)NO-mite”.

This custom sneaker features two glowing yellow eyes of a dinosaur along the side panels of both shoes. Green scales outline the spearing eyes and trail down toward the toe and around the back heel. To finish them off Yoakustoms threw in a pair of green laces and a white midsole that really make the shoes pop. See more pictures after the jump.

This Nike SB Dunk Low Premium should look a like familiar to you because just a couple weeks ago we posted this same sneaker, but at that time it was going my the name, “Ants“. This new version has same materials, colors, and design; soft black leather, teal leather / fabric, black stitching, and a small piece of denim. The only real change to the shoes are the artistic graphics on the insoles that depict a picture of an Angel & Devil. The “Angel & Devil” Nike SB Dunk Low Premium is now available at Nike SB Dunk retailers like Kix-Files.

Nike “For the Love of the City” Pack | HOHs Exclusive

Nike is incorporating the heart & soul of each city that has a House of Hoops store, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Houston, in their future “For the Love of the City” Pack. Each city is represented by a different Nike shoe model and each sneaker carries unique characteristics that represent their respected towns.

Chicago is represented by an Air Force 2 (II) featuring a fur lining for warmth in the windy city. Houston is repped by a Vandal High, candy-painted purple with drips along the mid-sole rumored to represent “sizzzurrp.” New York City is a Dunk High with a glow-in-the-dark sole for the city that never sleeps. Finally, there’s the Los Angeles Dunk Low, pieced together with white contrast stitching (even the swoosh is just a stitch outline) alluding to plastic surgery sutures found on the city’s elite.

The Nike “For the Love of the City” Pack is slated to release on February 21st, 2009 at each of the House of Hoops stores.
