Nike continues to show love to the gaming world with this new Playstation 3 inspired Nike Blazer. The Blazer takes on a subtle approach, featuring a simple black leather upper and purple/yellow gradient colors along the sides, swoosh, lacing area, and back heel. There’s also a Nike Air Max 97 version expected to release, so be on the lookout. But for now you can find the “Playstation 3″ Nike Blazer at select Nike retailers like Proper.

Nike recently released this Super Blazer High Premium which consists of a red, white, and black colorway and a large amount of elephant print. The entire sneaker is made of white leather with grey elephant print along the sides and back heel, a red inner lining and tongue, as well as black accents around the toe and a pair of black laces.  Check your local Nike retailer for this release or cut out the middle man and cop a pair at eBay. Marshall W. “Major” Taylor was an African American cyclist who was arguably the fastest rider in the United States from roughly 1897 to 1900, but due to constant attacks of racism his cycling career was shorten. During his career he won the League of American Wheelmen one-mile track cycling championship in 1899, which makes him the second African American to ever win a world championship in any sport,  only trailing behind boxer George Dixon. In honor of Major Taylor’s legacy, Nike is releasing this Blazer High Premium. The sneaker features a dark obsidian and white colorway with a green bottom sole and laces as well as a red tongue tag.  The Nike Blazer Premium High “Major Taylor” is now available at select Nike retailers and eBay.
