Nike Air Penny 1/2 (Half) Cent | March 2009Nike just loves combining their old models and making new hybrid sneakers, like this upcoming Nike Air Penny 1/2  (Half) Cent. The sneaker is comprised of all five of Penny Hardaway’s signature shoes released under Nike, which includes the Air Penny, Air Penny II (2), Air Penny III (3), Air Penny IV (4), and the beloved Air Foamposite.

The colors royal blue, black, and metallic silver will decorate the upper while the sole features translucent materials, zig-zagged blue designs, and  a cartoon-like image of  Hardaway.  The Nike Air Penny 1/2 (Half) Cent is scheduled drop in stores Summer 2009 (March) in a solid Black colorway as well as a Blue/Black colorway. Retail $190.

Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) | Chalk EditionOn Christmas day Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers played against the Washington Wizards as one of the five special match-ups for the night.  To add to this special occasion,  Lebron worn a pair of exclusive Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) sneakers designed after his pre- game chalk  ritual.

The sneaker features navy blue patent leather on the toe area and canvas on the sides / heel, wood-grain graphics along the midsole, and chalk designs on the Nike swoosh and back heel. In addition, a silhouette of Lebron James throwing chalk into the air is placed on the tongue,  flops on the ankle that reveal “chalk shakers”, and red accents throughout the shoe to complete the Cleveland Cavaliers color scheme.

The Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) | Chalk Edition was originally sold through two exclusive venues but is now available at Osneaker.

The Nike Zoom Fun Police is another one of Nike’s experimental hybrid basketball sneaker designs that contains key elements taken from Jason Kidd’s Zoom Flight V, Kevin Garnett’s Air Garnett III, and Tim Hardaway’s Zoom Flight T Bug. This model here has a simple white leather upper with metallic silver accents on the midsole and Nike swoosh. Check for this release in Spring 2009. Retail $88.
