Today, the “Black Friday” Nike Air Force 1 (One), designed exclusively by DJ Clark Kent, released at three select locations. The sneaker carries an assortment of unique materials, which include: black pony hair covering the lacing area, side panels, and toe area, reflective black patent leather around the midsole, and some metallic silver material on the heel and Nike swoosh. Topping off the shoe is an inner lining featuring high quality leather and the words “Black” on one insole and “Friday” on the other. There’s already a few pair popping up on eBay. Nike Air Yeezy Official Release Info | March 2009

It’s Official! In a recent blog post, Mr. West himself announced that starting in March 2009 the Nike Air Yeezy sneaker will finally hit store shelves. The release of the Air Yeezy will follow right behind Kanye’s Louis Vuitton collaboration sneaker and the online Pastelle Clothing launch. There’s still no info on which colorway will release first or the price, but stay tuned to Simply Sneakers for more updates. Checkout Kanye’s blog post below for the proof.

Clipse Presents: Play Cloths Holiday 2008 Collection

During the summer we announced the launch of the Clipse’s new clothing brand, Play Cloths, but after months of preparation the Play Cloths Holiday 2008 Collection is set to release. The winter line-up is busting at the edges, filled with brand new tees, hooded sweatshirts, crewneck sweatshirts, denim, and accessories, with all of them featuring their vintage schoolboy mascot/logo, “Jack”. The Play Cloths Holiday 2008 Collection is officially dropping at Commonwealth on Friday, Nov. 21st with The Clispe in attendance as special guests. Murphy Lee released his first single, “My Shoes”, for his soon to release sophomore album, “You See Me”, earlier this year, but now his world premium music video for the song just dropped on the net. Instead of jockin’ the Nike Air Force One or Air Jordan, Murphy goes left field and features mostly shoes from the Greedy Genius and Creative Recreation line.
