Nike “Saw” Dunk High Custom Sneaker

Imagine suddenly awaking to find yourself trapped in a disgusting industrial bathroom and chained to rusty pipes. A rotting corpse loosely clutching a handgun and a mini-cassette recorder lays between you and some strange man that’s chained to the opposite side of the room. You and the stranger both soon discover cassette tapes placed in your pockets, labeled “Play Me”, which delivers some disturbing messages……..
If this sounds familiar, then you’ve probably seen the 2004 Australian horror film, Saw. Since the films first appearance in movie theaters almost five years ago, the Saw movie has built a strong film franchise that includes a total of five films and a sixth film set to release in October 2009.
Mizzee Customs recently created this custom sneaker based on the original Saw film, which he calls, the “Saw” Dunk High. The sneaker features a black & white leather upper with black on black chains that wrap around the front to the back, black eyelets, croc skin lace buckles and a pair of silver door knocker-esque rings on the heel. The right shoe displays artwork based on the reversed bear trap Amanda wore (which also was on the first promotional movie poster), and the left shoe has artwork depicting the trademark Jigsaw Puppet. See detailed pictures, the movie trailer, and poster of the first Saw movie.
Nike “The Real Venom” Dunk High Customs

Our friendly neighborhood Spider-man, time after time finds himself pitted against some of the most notorious evil doers to walk the busy streets of NYC. At this moment, several may come to mind, Sandman, Dr. Octopus, Green Goblin, or even the Kingpin. However, none of them can hold a candle to a certain super villain that matches our trusted Webslinger’s power, tic for tack. This menacing figure is none other then the result of an alien symbiote and Peter Parker’s archrival, Eddie Brock, combining as one to form the villainous creature known as Venom.
In honor of this sinister character, Twitch Customs designed & created this custom sneaker that he calls, the “The Real Venom” Dunk High, as a reference to the misrepresentation that he felt was displayed by the recent Venom Dunk High release.
The sneaker features a textured black leather base that imitates the gooey, almost liquid-like symbiote form trying to consume the shoe. An epic image of Venom rearing his jaws, flashing his razor sharp teeth, and extending his long salivating tongue covers the sides and heel. In addition, detailed blue/white spiderwebs fill the side panels and toe box, hints of red are found on the sole/inner lining/tongue, and there’s a pair of black laces added to finish them off.
“The Real Venom” Nike Dunk High is now available for purchase in a size 11 U.S. If anyone is interested in buying this custom sneaker then please contact Twitch Customs on his Myspace page or via his email address listed below.

Bespoke Sneaker Gallery presents these custom Nike Terminators (Vintage) which were inspired by the 1987 cult classic, Lost Boys. The Vintage Nike Terminators allowed Bespoke to retell the story of David (Kiefer Sutherland) and his tribe of teenage vampires whom terrorized their small town in California. Bespoke also wanted the customs to display an authentic representation of 1987 (when the film released) as well as a look of it being a prop in the movie, and this Vintage Nike Terminators (originally released in 1985) gave them that desired style. The custom sneaker consists of bright red bite marks along the upper cushioning and lower heel, scratches around the toe, pale tones to represent a freshly bitten victim, and black tones for the Gothic Motorcycle Gang. Bespoke reports that this is the first half of their project, so stay tuned for more. See detailed pictures and the movie trailer to “The Lost Boys” after the jump.
Nike “Jason Voorhees” Premium Dunk High Customs

Mizzee Customs received a massive amount of requests for the Nike “Friday the 13th / Jason” SB Dunk he created back in April for Sneakfiend. The custom was based on Jason Voorhees, a fictional mass murderer of the classic 1980’s horror film series “Friday the 13th”. With the remake of the first movie of the franchise only weeks away (Feb. 13th ‘09) from releasing, a customer asked Mizzee to re-created that same Dunk. Unlike the original design, Mizzee was given complete creative control over this new model, which allowed him to do an overhaul of the whole sneaker from the ground up.
This “Jason Voorhees” Dunk High features a premium leather upper with some amazing red/black artwork that showcases Jason decapitating a terrified male victim in great detail. There’s also a matching custom box included as well. See detailed pictures of the custom sneaker and the video trailer for the upcoming remake of “Friday the 13th” after the jump.
