Sekure D just finished up his latest custom sneaker which has a really interesting design. The Nike [Skylight] Custom Air Max 87 features a Nebulae Blue / Bubblegum Pink colorway, canvas material around a white Nike swoosh, elephant print along the back heel, and some cool abstract designs around the toe-box that stretches around the entire sneaker. This is one of the most unique sneakers I’ve seen done by Sekure D, with him using such a combination of different textures, colors, and detail. This custom sneaker is now available in a size 11US at Sekure’s online store and priced at $300 USD. Be on the lookout for a major project by Sekure D that’s going to be posted soon here at RepCodes. More Pictures and info after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »

Update: 1World [KAWS] Air Force One

Update: 1World [KAWS] Air Force One

We previously mentioned the 1World [Kaws] Air Force One a little while ago, but since Nike updated their website we can give some more information on the sneakers. Kaws will be the fourth person to become part of the Nike 1World collection, with 14 more collaborators still unannounced. Kaws is one the most celebrated street artists working today. He’s best known for his cartoon-style characters, which have evolved from street paintings to vinyl figures, clothing, and accessories. Recently his own Original Fake store opened near Tokyo. As for he’s 1World custom sneaker there’s still no word on an official release date and some rumor that it will never become a public release. Read the rest of this entry »

Nike [Muhammad Ali] Custom Air Force One

Here’s a pair of custom Air Forces Ones designed by GT Custom Kicks, which capture the greatness of Muhammad Ali. The custom sneakers feature portrait pictures of Ali on each of the side panels as well as various newspaper clips of his fights placed along the panels and toe-box. The shoes sport an orange and brown colorway that was actually airbrushed on to help the kicks resemble boxing gloves and don’t overlook the nicely designed Everlast tags on the tongues. Nike [Barack Obama] Custom Dunk

Nike [Barack Obama] Custom Dunk

TTK is back once again with another great pair of custom sneakers, the Nike [Barack Obama] Custom Dunks. This time he gained inspiration from the heated presidential race, making these artistic Obama Dunks. TTK received a lot of requests to make some customs with this concept, so he finally sat down and began working on these beauties for the recent Funk Master Flex Sneaker Battle. When he attended the Sneaker Battle this past week he didn’t take home any prize money but he was overwhelmed with praise for his design. The shoes feature patent leather with a blue colorway, two portrait pictures of Obama on the heels, black abstract designs thought out the sneaker, and Obama’s logo. With much thought and consideration they then decided to design these new custom sneakers to satisfy the customers that couldn’t get their orders fulfilled. The Paramount Redux features two available styles, Crimson and Clover, with each sporting a military boot lace/zipper system, Friends & Family lace buckles that were originally made just for the Nike x Royalefam Nike SB Dunk Low, and Royalefam mini labels. As of now these new custom sneakers are only for the 40+ people who missed out on the Paramount Dunk release, but there’s a small chance they’ll be available to the public. Here’s the latest custom sneaker designed by Sekure D, the Nike [Carnage] Dunk Low. The sneakers feature patent leather with a Red and Black colorway, a white Nike swoosh with red stitching, and a pair of black laces. These customs remind me a lot of Carnage from Spiderman, especially with its unformed, webbed design.
