Nike Air Griffey Max 1 [Black/Orange] | Winter 2009

Nike Air Griffey Max 1 [Black/Orange] | Winter 2009Some fresh new pictures of the “Black/Orange” Nike Air Griffey Max 1 recently surfaced online. Originally, this model of the Air Griffey was first reported as white/black/red, but now there’s word that the red coloring is actually orange.

Nonetheless, this Air Griffey Max 1 inspired by the Cincinnati Reds team colors will be releasing sometime in the Winter 2009 season. The shoe has a black upper made of nubuck and leather, a large air max unit in the midsole, and a cool ankle strap featuring “Nike” lettering and Ken Griffey’s number “24″ on the side.

Since these pictures haven’t been confirmed as the final design there’s still a chance for the colors and textures to change. So, be on the look out for the final product later this year.
