The Air Jordan Olympian recently released in a variety of different colorways over the weekend. Jordan athletes at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games were some of the first to wear these basketball shoes which takes their inspiration from the Air Jordan 10 (X). The numbers 92-96-04-08 are engraved in the out-sole of the shoe to commemorate each year Team Jordan athletes have competed in the Olympic Games. This shoe also features a full-length Zoom-Air sole for responsive cushioning with a carbon fiber shank plate for extra mid-foot support. This sneaker is now available at Finishline.

Last month we debuted the new Air Jordan 2.5 Team model in a White and a Black colorway, but it looks like Jordan Brand will release another model featuring their favorite pattern of elephant print. The sneaker basically takes on the colorway of the black/red/cement Air Jordan III (3), sporting mainly a black upper, elephant print wrapping around the back heel and along the lace holes, and hints of red. Expect to see this sneaker releasing along side the other Air Jordan 2.5 models sometime next year, hopefully in the Spring.  See more shots after the jump.
