Air Jordan XII (12) Retro – “Rising Sun” Officially Delayed

Air Jordan XII (12) Retro Rising Sun Officially DelayedAccording to NTinfomaniac from NikeTalk, the release of the Air Jordan XII (12) Retro “Rising Sun” is officially being delayed.

The Air Jordan XII “Rising Sun” was originally scheduled to hit store shelves on Saturday, October 24th, but based on an email sent to Jordan Brand retailers (listed after the jump), the shoes won’t be shipped out anytime soon. The main cause for the delay, according to the email, is that the Oct. 24th release was never properly authorized. Now only time will time when the AJ11 Rising Sun will officially be released.

If this news is unbearable and you were banking on coppin’ a pair this weekend, then you can try your luck on eBay, because there’s surprisingly a bunch of sizes available. Checkout detailed photos and a copy of the email from Jordan Headquarters after the jump.

Air Jordan II (2) Retro – White / Silver / Reflective 3M

Air Jordan II (2) Retro – White / Silver / Reflective 3MSupposedly, Jordan Brand wanted to release an all white 25th Anniversary Collection to commemorate the history of the brand, but according to Gentry Humphrey (GM of Jordan) that collection is just a rumor. Although, the 25th Anniversary “White” Collection is being called off, an odd pair of Air Jordan II (2) Retros recently surfaced online.

Featuring a white leather base, silver accents, and sections of reflective 3M material, this shoe (pictured to the left) could easily be considered part of the “so called” rumored white collection. Unfortunately, we have little information to go by on the kicks, expect that they’re slated to drop sometime during Spring/Summer 2010. Check back for more updates as they come in.

Air Jordan Spiz’ike – Fresh Since 1985

Air Jordan Spiz’ike – Fresh Since 1985 Images of upcoming Air Jordan Spiz’ikes have been popping up every other day. We’ve already posted about a Black/Infrared colorway and a Black Patent colorway, and now this new model that’s being called, “Fresh Since 1985″, is the latest one to leak online.

The “Fresh Since 1985″ Jordan Spiz’ike has a mostly white leather upper with hints of black, red, blue, and grey spread throughout  the midsole, lacing, and toe area. The decision to use this multi colored design was inspired by three different colorways of the Air Jordan 3: the True Blue, Fire Red, and Cement. The question, “Do You Know?”  is printed repeatedly on the inner lining, which was a popular line from the 1991 Mars Blackmon (Spike Lee) commercials. There’s also a picture of Mars on the insoles with the words Fresh Since 1985 printed in white, and a special pair of “Mars” lace locks included.

Like the other Jordan Spiz’ikes, this model is expected to release in Spring 2010. Click here to see over 15+ detailed pictures of the shoes.
