ESPN 30 For 30: Jordan Rides the Bus VideoOn Tuesday, August 24th, the latest documentary of ESPN’s critically acclaimed 30 For 30 series featured none other than the G.O.A.T., Michael Jordan. The documentary explored the time period where Jordan suddenly decided to leave the NBA and  travel down to Birmingham, Alabama to pursue a career in minor league baseball.

We get interviews with several people from Jordan’s life like Phil Jackson who talks about what management asked him to do when they learned that he was going to retire. The 90′s Chicago backdrop even gets some air time, showing a rare overview of the area before Millennium Park and the Trump Tower were built.

Air Jordan II (2) “Black/White” | Holiday 2010

Air Jordan II (2) Black/White | Holiday 2010If the Air Jordan 2 Retro “Candy” Pack wasn’t enough to fill your Jordan 2 needs then maybe this Jet Back model that’s slated to drop this holiday season is more your taste. This version has a  much more subtle appeal and lacks the flashy flare the candy pack brings to the table.

Sporting a suede upper with snakeskin on the middle panels, this Air Jordan 2 will mark the first time we’ve seen a predominantly Black colorway since 2004.  The only other colors used is white accents on the trim, eyelets, outer sole, and tongue.

Expect to see this shoe hitting store shelves Holiday 2010. We’ll keep you posting on a release date.

Air Jordan VI (6) “White/Blue–Varisty Red” | First Look

Similar to the ” September Blue” Jordan 6, this model offers a White tumbled smooth leather upper with hints of Blue, Flint Grey and Red on the lining, tongue, midsole and various branding. It’s a rather simple style that can easily become a hot item because of the simplicity.
