Nike is known for dropping a dope pair of Air Forces Ones exclusively for the Armed Forces each year. It’s a little something special for the sneakerheads that are fighting for our country.

In this year’s model, the “Armed Forces” Air Force 1 comes in a subtle olive, white, and black colorway. The sneaker features a neural olive leather upper and grid nylon placed on the side panels and toe, similar to the lines that appear on military maps. The wavy lines on the back heel are also associated with a military map,  usually used to diagram various degrees territory. Finishing the shoes off is 50 stars going down the back heel to represent the 50 United States.

This “Armed Forces” Nike Air One is a quickstrike release that is now available at the shopping faculties on military bases throughout the U.S.

Earlier this week we shared a pair of  “Varsity Maize” Nike AF1s, and now we’re taking a look at a duller colors scheme, which consists of black and mean green.

This Nike Air Force One is covered in black leather with mean green accents on the Nike swoosh & bottom sole and hints of blue on the midsole & tongue tags. Topping the shoes off, is a bright white midsole and matching laces.

Nike has a bunch of hot new colorways of the Nike Air Force One lined-up  for the start of Summer 2009. The latest model is this simple white and yellow color scheme. This Nike AF1 was a white leather upper and yellow accents on the Nike swoosh, sole, tongue tags, and back heel. This “White/Maize” Nike Air Force 1 will be available starting April 25th, 2009. Retail $88.

The Nike Air Force 1 (One) “Playstation 2″ was released in March 2009 to mark the 10th anniversary of the Sony Playstation 2.  Just like the previous month, a pair of these shoes have found their way onto eBay. This time, the “Playstation 2″ AF1 is being auctioned off to raise money for the prevention of Teen Dating Violence. All the money will go towards the Jennifer Ann Charity, which was created after the senseless murder of an innocent girl by the hands of her ex-boyfriend.

The Nike Air Force 1 (One) Playstation 2 has a black patent leather upper and a gradient pattern on the back heel. The Playstation logo is placed on the side, and a pair of black laces and purple laces are included. The highest bid is currently at $1,075 and the auction doesn’t end till April 26th. If you have a big heart, some deep pockets, and wear a size 11.5, take a minute and place a bid.

Checkout these super clean Nike Air Force Ones. They have a predominately white leather base with silver accents on the Nike swoosh, back heel, & bottom sole, as well as a perforated toebox and side panels. Summer is almost here and these fresh kicks would be prefect to wear with some shorts and tee shirt on those hot summer days, and anyway, “How can you go wrong with a pair of AF1s?”.
