Chris Paul is one of the top three point guards in the NBA this year, picking up right where he left off last year during his chase for NBA MVP. Jordan Brand is planning to acknowledge Paul’s pure talent with the release of his Jordan CP3 II (2) in 2009. Designed by Jordan Brand’s Senior Footwear Designer Jason Mayden (who recently designed Em’s “The Way I Am” Air Jordan II (2) ), the CP3 II (2) will feature details of the Air Jordan XX3 (23), padded ankle support,  and a low-cut design. The shoe will be available in two different styles, a New Orleans’s Hornets colorway and an all black colorway, with both versions releasing March 3rd, 2009 at a retail price of $122.
