Jordan Brand is no stranger when it comes to hybrid sneakers, so it’s no surprise that they’re rolling out with this new design that fuses the Air Jordan XVI (16) and the Air Jordan XVII (17), dubbed the Air Jordan 16.5.

The Air Jordan 16.5 mainly takes on the features of the Air Jordan 16 (colorway, midsole, tongue, & toebox) with small influences from the Air Jordan 17  (lacing area & toe area). The sneaker has a black and varsity red leather upper similar to the OG AJ16, sections of glossy black patent leather on the toe, tongue, & heel, and the word “Jordan” printed in braille on the back heel.

The Air Jordan 16.5 is slated to release at Footlocker stores everywhere during November 2009.
