Jordan Brand has done the unthinkable. After releasing pictures of the Air Jordan 1 “Infrared” and Air Jordan 1 “Blue Sapphire”, they have mysteriously decided to totally change the materials on both models.
The Air Jordan 1 “Infrared” was first reported to have an infrared patent leather upper and now it’s being changed to a Max Orange nylon upper. The Air Jordan 1 “Blue Sapphire” was originally set to have a 100% blue sapphire, nylon upper but it’s now being changed to patent leather.
The Air Jordan 1 “Infrared” released on Jan. 31st and the Air Jordan 1 “Blue Sapphire” is scheduled to drop on March 14th, 2009. See detailed pictures after the jump.
